What's the turnaround time?

All orders ship within 10-20 business days of ordering, can vary at times. If you need it sooner please call or text me to make sure I can do it for the date of your event.

Can I see a preview of my order?

Absolutely. A preview of your order will send to you (email or phone number) for your approval.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If your plans change, and you need to change the theme of your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns with your order.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Absolutely. All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS, a tracking number is always provided once your order ships.
